Household Maintenance Agents
Stop forgetting filters, vendors, and seasonal chores.

- A Maintenance agent, a home-systems inventory, and a vendor roster.
- Done when
- Inventory plus at least three vendors plus one weekly digest dry-run.
Household Finances Agents
Bills and due dates tracked by an agent you supervise. No unsupervised payments.

- A Finances agent, a bill inventory, and escalation thresholds.
- Done when
- Bill list, escalation rules, and a supervised digest. Zero unsupervised pay.
Family & Calendar Agents
School, activities, and the shared calendar leave one person's head.

- A Family Calendar agent and a weekly family brief template.
- Done when
- Brief template plus a calendar agent with ownership rules.
Inbox & Life Admin Agents
Teach an agent what to ignore, flag, and draft.

- A Life Admin agent, an inbox taxonomy, and ignore/escalate lists.

- Taxonomy applied to a sample of recent mail and one supervised draft.
Routines & Monitoring
Move from "I remember to ask" to "it pings me when it matters."

- Two or three routines on existing agents, with kill criteria.

Multi-Agent Home HQ
Wire agents into a Chief-of-Staff pattern with clean handoffs. Conductor steps back.

- You explain the system to a partner in ten minutes. Conductor becomes optional.
C0 is mostly covered by this site and the intake. Arcs are ordered by what usually pays off first, but the Conductor recommends your first arc from your own priorities. Skip, defer, or switch arcs whenever you want.
