What we collect

The intake form collects your name, email, a household nickname, counts of adults and children, home type, the tools you use, your priorities, your constraints, and free-text notes you choose to write. We ask you not to include street addresses, account numbers, passwords, or children's full names.

How we store it

In this early-access phase, your intake answers are sealed into a signed link and emailed to you. The link is the record. We do not keep a database copy of your intake. Email delivery is handled by Resend, and the email itself contains the link. Our email provider retains message logs per its own policy.

How we use it

• To generate your intake.md and unlock page.
• To email you the Course Conductor template link when it is live.
• If you opted in, to email you about template updates and new arcs.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or share your information with advertisers.
• We do not access your Grok Bot workspace or any connected accounts.
• We do not run tracking pixels. Site analytics are Cloudflare Web Analytics, which are aggregate and cookieless.
